War Affecting Music?
With a war among us today, many people have chosen to express their feelings in different ways. Musicians have put across their opinions through their music. This is not the first time artists have expressed themselves through music, and it will surely not be the last time. The Vietnam War prompted John Lennon to write “Imagine” and Bob Dylan to record “Blowin’ in the Wind,” as did many other wars.
In my opinion, I agree with the artists expressing their feelings about the war through song. It gives everyone an outlet, and gives them a choice in how they choose to depict the war. For example, I would much rather hear about other people feelings through music th
