When you here the name the Wanderers or The Baldies you could think of old people losing their hair or Nomads which move around and live without a permanent home. But in this case these are the names of the two main gangs in the film The Wanderers. The Wanderers involves gangs other than these two but does not center on them. The film involves many conflicts throughout the movie and the uniqueness and complexity spark your interest to keep watching. Seeing this film for the first time in an English class, It was not a choice of mine and after seeing the movie I would see the movie again but as I thought the movie was good but not great I would not go out of my way to see this movie again. The film begins with an introduction to the two main gangs, The Wanderers and The Baldies in the Bronx of 1963. The two gangs are natural rivals and get into skirmishes all the time but the first 5 minutes begin with a skirmish invoked by a smaller member of The Wanderers starts by running his mouth to the Baldies and getting chased into a corner and
