The Winter at Valley Forge
At Valley Forge there were twelve people who would be fit enough to ever fight again after the Revolutionary War. I was one of them out everyone there I was one of few who had never been shot before. I thought that was pretty neat. I thought a lot during this war I never actually preformed many of the things I thought about doing. Most of the time all I could think about was food, because as a soldier in Valley Forge I experienced a lot of the hardships including hunger.
“Christopher come forth,” I loudly yelped after receiving a piercing bullet to the left leg.
“Are you alright Johnson” Chris said to me while seeing to my aid.
“Yeah I think so, but I’ve never been shot before so I don’t really know.”
“Well hold it real tight while I find some bandages.”
“Yes I will,” as Chris finds the bandages and raps my leg.
I arose slowly and carefully not to hurt myself, while grabbing Chris‘s shoulder. We walked along the battle field and I picked up my gun and threw the gun with strap over my shoulder. We walked for almost thirty minutes following the heard of wounded men. After a short but painful walk ended the heard of soldiers stopped and we saw a finicky ma
