    Roy Bourgeois grew up in Louisiana and graduated with a degree in geology. During this time, Vietnam was in the making. This became the turning point in Bourgeois’s life. He would spend four years of his life in the military, wanting to make a career out of it. Bourgeois feels the raging war forced him to look at the United States foreign policies.
