Political Parties Democrats vs. Republicans
Throughout history there have been many political parties. The largest of these parties that has survived through the decades are both the liberal Democrats and the conservative Republicans. They have contrasting beliefs that distinguish them from one another.
The liberals emphasize the common interests of all American citizens, and looks to the government to promote those interests. The Liberal Party exists to build a Liberal Society in which every citizen shall possess liberty, property and security, and none shall be enslaved by poverty, ignorance or conformity. Its chief care is for the rights and opportunities of the individual and in all spheres it sets freedom first. Liberals also believe the federal government is an important part of an individuals life and that the constitution is open to changes. Liberals believe that a system of government
