Judah Halevi - Summer

    More Than Words Judah Halevi’s medieval Hebrew lyric, Summer, overflowing with imagery and imagination, cleverly illustrates the earth and her best season. Halevi’s use of similes, metaphors, personification, and diction all contribute to the beautiful picture created.
