I was recently looking over the early posts on my site because I was bored out of my brain, and came to the religion post. When I first wrote it, I thought it was one of the best things I've putton up on the site. Looking at it now, however - Im not as pleased. I think it's a little biased, and overall not as intelligent as it could be. Althought it was written only a few months ago, my mind has come a long way since then, specificly how I write about debatable issues. I think now, its time to echo, revise, and add some topics to make a sort of 'Religion Redux'. It was a long time ago, that I decided I do not belive in god. This was essentially because, although both my parents were devout catholics turned christians, I was always sort of a rebel against the whole religion thing. Ealier however, it wasn't really something I was concious of. Earlier, I was just being a kid. See my mother (the only parent I live with) was a Christian, however the enviornment in our home was not very religious. In my very early years (maybe ages 3-5), I went to church 3 out of 4 weeks of the month. As time went on, it droped from 3 to 2, 1, and presently no church weeks out of the month.
