Environment Saint Louis Union Station is a massive, Romaneque-style building, designed by architect Theodore Link in 1894. It was once on of the largest and busiest railroad terminals in the road. Now it is home to a hotel, delicious restaruants, unique shops, a beautiful pond and the ever so popular fudgery. Union Station is filled with vaulted ceilings, stained glass, scale models of trains and a room that appears to pass voices through walls. A traditional landmark in St. Louis that no visitor should miss. Deciding on which place to evaluate based on the four choosen spots came easy to me. I love Union Station and the feeling that I get when I enter the magnificent building. I can remember going there with my father and asking him to explain the features to me, not knowing until I was much older that it wasn’t just a wonderful place to eat and shop. As I grew older and
